A Legacy of Cattle, A Promise to Your Table

For over 80 years, cattle have been at the heart of our family’s story. It all began with our grandfather - a man who found deep purpose in raising cattle and instilled that same passion in his ten children. Seven of his sons went on to build their own successful cattle operations, and today, that legacy continues with Cuts Meat Co.

Growing up, beef was a staple at every meal. At the time, we didn’t realize how rare that was - to have access to premium, homegrown beef multiple times a week. It wasn’t just food, it was part of our way of life.

As the cost of quality beef has skyrocketed, we've felt a growing conviction: families everywhere deserve access to prime, dry-aged beef without the premium price tag. That vision is what sparked the beginning of Cuts Meat Co.

We take pride in owning every step of the process. From pasture to plate, we raise our own cattle, harvest at our family-owned processing plant, and dry-age each cut for 21 days before it's expertly wrapped and delivered fresh to your door.

This isn’t just about selling beef...it’s about sharing what’s been at the center of our family table for generations. And now, we’re proud to bring it to yours.
